Internships at Housey Designs are different. We elevate every team member and ensure that they are always involved, valued, and know that their ideas and input is not only valid, but required. This internship position is extremely hands-on. Every intern starts by creating their future resume and the exec team uses it's resources to make sure you reach your goals.

Responsibilities (Bookkeeping)

  • Processing payroll

  • Managing and sending client invoices

  • Collaborate with CEO on pricing formulas

  • Manage budgets

  • Manage bank accounts/credit cards

Creative Copy Writer Intern

Copy writing and Social Media Internship

Responsibilities ​ 

  • Write blogs for Housey Designs 

  • Create instagram captions 

  • Writing for client advertising and branding

  • Proof read business material 

  • Assist with writing the business documents

Requirements ​

  • Ability to work with brand guidelines 

  • Eager to learn, improve, and obtain new skill sets 

  • Great communication 

  • Understands how to write creative advertising language to focus on sales 

  • Familiar with Keynote and adobe suite

Details

  • Virtual or In-Person 

  • Unpaid. Possible promotion 

  • Hours

    • In person twice a week flexible hours and schedule ( Avg.15 hour work week)

Responsibilities ​ 

  • Managing instagram / social media accounts for Housey Designs and clients

  • Designing for clients and for Housey Designs 

  • Be present and take notes during client and team meetings

  • Photo editing in lightroom and photoshop

  • Assist Delaney, President of Branding and Design 

  • Create graphics and advertisements for clients 

  • Assist with branding launches and vendor communication

Requirements 

  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, lightroom, and Photoshop 

  • Ability to work with brand guidelines and have an eye for design

  • Eager to learn, improve, and obtain new skill sets 

  • Great communication 

  • Canva experienced (prefer not to use)

  • Photo editing skills

  • Social Media management 

  • Keynote

  • Takes initiative when problems arise
